Sweeping and inspection
Priority / Same Day Sweep
Urgent sweep for a blocked flue, a smoking stove or a last minute insurance request.
Sometimes a sweep cannot wait. The stove is smoking into the room, the boiler has failed and the fire is the only heat, or a letting agent wants a certificate by tomorrow.
Where Rob's round allows he will prioritise urgent jobs across Barnsley and nearby towns, often on the same day. Message on WhatsApp with your postcode and what has happened and you will get an honest answer about the earliest he can get to you.
What is included
- Earliest available slot, same day where the round allows
- Full power sweep and smoke draw test
- Blockage clearance where the flue is obstructed
- Sweeping certificate issued on the day
- Advice on anything found during the sweep
Who it is for
- A stove or fire that has suddenly started smoking back into the room
- Homes without other heating while a boiler is repaired
- Landlords and letting agents needing a certificate at short notice
