Full Chimney Inspection / Party Wall Report
An in depth inspection and report for disputes, insurance claims and shared chimney stacks.
Shared stacks on terraces and semis cause more arguments than almost anything else in a chimney. Smoke in a neighbour's bedroom, damp on a party wall or a stack that is leaning all need an independent, documented inspection.
Rob carries out a full inspection using CCTV, smoke testing and an external survey of the stack, and writes it up as a clear report suitable for insurers, surveyors, solicitors and party wall discussions.
