Chimney Liners

Flexible stainless steel liners fitted to make old flues safe, gas tight and efficient.

A properly fitted liner is the backbone of a safe stove installation. It gives the appliance a correctly sized flue, stops fumes leaking through old brickwork and protects the chimney from tar and acidic condensates.

Rob fits high grade flexible stainless steel liners, in 904 grade where the stove will burn smokeless fuel, along with the cowls, adaptors and register plates that complete the system. Existing liners that are damaged or undersized can be replaced on the same visit.

FAQs

Chimney Liners questions

A good quality stainless steel liner, swept annually and used with dry fuel, should last well beyond its guarantee period. Burning wet wood is the quickest way to shorten its life.
