What customers say

I've used Rob as a chimney sweep a few times and can't fault him. Today Rob installed a second wood burner in my house. Before he came he communicated brilliantly with me and the shop to make sure everything was in place. On the day he was professional and friendly all day, and the job was finished to an impeccable standard. The job I had done previously, not by Rob, is miles behind the standard he has now set. I will continue to recommend Rob to friends, family and anyone else.

Brilliant job completed by Rob installing my stove today. He is professional, clean, careful and a really nice guy. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and even did extra bits to tidy up the fireplace for me. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely first class job, both with installation and servicing. I would highly recommend Rob for all your stove and chimney requirements.

Rob came to do a chimney sweep today for the first time. He was very professional, clean and tidy and respected my home. Full sheets down to protect a newly fitted carpet. Great all round job, would highly recommend and will be using Rob next time.

Rob is a lovely guy. First time sweeping my chimney and fitting a new cowl after the storm. He is so friendly and helpful, brilliant at his job, clean and tidy and did an excellent job. I will be using Rob in the future.

Rang Rob for an urgent sweep of my stove's flue. He was in the area on the same day so managed to squeeze me in. Fantastic job, turned up when expected, cleaned and tested in great time. Santa will now be able to receive the kids' letters. Highly recommend.

Excellent chimney sweep. Came at short notice during a home emergency while we were waiting for a boiler repair. Friendly, very approachable, great advice and tips for future use. Will definitely be using him again.

Rob came out bang on time and went above and beyond by fitting some new fire bricks that I'd bought. They proved to be a bit problematic, but after wrestling with them for quite a while he managed to get them in. He did a good clean job. Would strongly recommend him.

A lovely gent. Very knowledgeable, did a brilliant job at sweeping our chimney and gave us advice on our stove. Highly recommend and will be booking him annually.

What a lovely bloke. Just swept the chimney for me. Would highly recommend him, did a fab job, very tidy and cleaned up after himself.

Had Rob a couple of times now, clean and tidy every time. Also had him round to unblock my chimney recently. Very happy with the work done.
