I've used Rob as a chimney sweep a few times and can't fault him. Today Rob installed a second wood burner in my house. Before he came he communicated brilliantly with me and the shop to make sure everything was in place. On the day he was professional and friendly all day, and the job was finished to an impeccable standard. The job I had done previously, not by Rob, is miles behind the standard he has now set. I will continue to recommend Rob to friends, family and anyone else.

At least once a year for wood burners and multi fuel stoves, and twice a year if you burn through the winter most days. Open fires burning wood or smokeless fuel should also be swept annually. If you are unsure, book an inspection and Rob will tell you honestly what your flue needs.
